Hall Rentals
The Ryder Lake Hall can be rented for weddings, parties, dances, celebrations of life and other events. It is also available for one-time or recurring meetings of clubs or other groups.
Management of the Hall is handled by the Joint Hall Committee of the Ryder Lake Farmers' and Ryder Lake Women's Institutes.
The use of 20 plastic coated 30"x72" Tables and 150 padded chairs are included in the rentals, and wooden tables and chairs are available for use outside.
Ryder Lake residents receive preferential rental rates if they are members in good standing for the past 12 months of either the Ryder Lake Women's or Ryder Lake Farmers' Institutes.
Rates for full day or hourly rentals are outlined along with the Terms and Conditions in the Hall Rental Agreement.

What's included?
The use of 20 folding 30"x72" tables and 150 padded chairs.
Use of the kitchen for food preparation and serving.
The kitchen has a domestic electric stove and oven, a fridge, a freezer, two microwave ovens, and a toaster.
Various extra catering supplies available such as warming trays, steamers etc.
Additional options such as use of the built in sound system with microphone, overhead projector, BBQ, tents etc..
Use of the outdoor space on hall property: a covered patio adjacent to the kitchen and a grassy area.
All renters must obtain event liability insurance along with any permits for serving food or liquor if applicable.
The Ryder Lake Neighbourhood Park is across the street with a gazebo and playground equipment.
