Ryder Lake Community Survey 2026
Goals
1. Improve communication with Ryder Lake residents
Understand how residents currently receive community information and identify the communication methods they prefer, so that news, events and opportunities can reach more people effectively.
2. Understand what residents want from their community
Learn which types of events, activities and community programs residents are interested in, including social, educational, family, outdoor and community-focused activities.
3. Encourage residents to share their ideas
Provide an easy way for residents to suggest new events and activities and identify opportunities that could make Ryder Lake an even more connected and active community.
4. Identify residents who want to contribute
Find people who are willing to volunteer, help organize events, lead activities, teach skills, or share their knowledge with others in the community.
5. Build on what already works
Learn which existing or past Ryder Lake activities residents have enjoyed, so successful events can be repeated, improved or expanded.
6. Strengthen community connections
Use the information gathered to create better opportunities for residents to connect with one another, participate in community activities and become involved in shaping what happens in Ryder Lake.
Overall goal:
To create a more connected, informed and engaged Ryder Lake community by understanding how residents want to communicate, what they want to see happen, and how they would like to participate.
